How many emptyings will a new condo actually need?
Fewer than surface bins would, a Tampere University of Technology study found deep collection can need up to 80 per cent fewer emptyings for the same volume. We set frequency from your real fill rates and adjust as the building leases up.
Can the containers handle organics without odour issues?
The below-grade portion stays cool, which slows the bacterial growth that creates odour, and we wash and deodorize on a schedule. Organics compartments get emptied at whatever frequency your volumes demand.
Do commercial and industrial sites qualify, or just residential?
Both. Business parks and plazas in Cambridge use semi in-ground systems too, and the servicing model is the same: per-stream crane emptying, washing, inspection and seasonal tuning.
